DTC has been such a saving grace! We’ve had a few IT providers in the past, and DTC has been able to provide for our needs with a larger staff than most (meaning quicker response times) and having techs with different areas of focus for our varied needs. They’ve gone above & beyond several times, especially today when addressing a long-standing issue our software provider couldn’t figure out. I always appreciate their patience and ability to walk me through some challenging circumstances.
