DTC Inc. · Microsoft 365 & VoIP for Dental Practices

Microsoft 365 and VoIP, Set Up the Way Your Practice Actually Works.

From front desk phones to staff messaging to shared documents, the tools your team uses every day either help your practice run smoothly or create friction that slows everything down. DTC sets up and manages Microsoft 365 and VoIP systems built for how dental practices work — and keeps them running, so you don't have to think about them.

Communication tools that work

Your Front Desk Shouldn't Be Playing Phone Tag. Your Staff Shouldn't Be Emailing Attachments Back and Forth.

Communication problems in a dental practice have real consequences — missed calls mean missed appointments; unclear staff communication creates scheduling errors, and disorganized document sharing wastes time your team doesn't have.

DTC implements and manages the collaboration tools that eliminate that friction. Microsoft 365 gives your team a connected, secure platform for messaging, file sharing, and scheduling. A modern VoIP system gives your front desk reliable, professional phone capabilities without the cost and limitations of traditional phone service.

We set it all up and keep it maintained — so it works the way it's supposed to, every day.

The Full Power of Microsoft 365 — Set Up Right, Managed Ongoing.

Microsoft 365 is more than email. It's a complete platform for how your team works together — messaging, video calls, shared documents, scheduling, and storage, all in one place, all secured by Microsoft's enterprise-grade infrastructure.

For dental practices, this matters for two reasons. First, it keeps your team coordinated — whether they're at the front desk, in a treatment room, or working remotely. Second, Microsoft 365 includes built-in security and compliance tools that support HIPAA requirements for how patient communications and records are handled. DTC manages your Microsoft 365 environment, so licenses are current, security settings are properly configured, and your team has the access they need without creating unnecessary risk.

Your Phones Are Mission-Critical. Treat Them That Way.

For a dental practice, the phone is how patients book appointments, confirm schedules, ask questions, and decide whether to come back. A dropped call, a busy signal, or an unprofessional voicemail greeting isn't just an inconvenience — it's a patient experience problem.

VoIP — phone service that runs over your internet connection instead of a traditional phone line — gives your practice capabilities that landlines never could: lower cost, more flexibility, and no long-term contract with Verizon or Comcast. DTC designs, installs, and manages VoIP systems configured specifically for your practice's needs. We handle the setup and provide ongoing support, so your phones never become a problem you have to deal with.

Got Questions?

Common Questions About Microsoft 365 & VoIP

Having the licenses is different from having it configured correctly. Most practices that manage their own Microsoft 365 environment have security settings that aren't properly configured, licenses assigned to the wrong users, and features they're paying for but not using. We assess your current setup and make sure you're getting full value — and full protection — from what you're already paying for.

Microsoft 365 can be configured to support HIPAA compliance requirements, but it isn't compliant out of the box. Specific security settings, a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Microsoft, and proper data handling policies all need to be in place. We handle all of that.

Good question — and one worth asking any VoIP provider. We design your phone system with redundancy and failover options appropriate for your practice, and we're transparent about the tradeoffs upfront.

In many cases, yes. We'll assess your current software environment and let you know what integration options are available for your specific platform.

Less than you'd expect. We plan migrations carefully to minimize downtime, and we don't cut over to the new system until everything is tested and working.
