DTC has been in business for over 20 years and continues to exceed our clients’ expectations by raising the bar for exceptional IT support! We live and breathe information technology, but there is so much more that goes into who we are and what we do.

DTC is a unique place. The way we make decisions, the way we interact, and who we are overall does not quite follow the social norms of a traditional work environment. What our Marketing Associate will do!

Do you want to be part of a small creative team that not only has the freedom to come up with crazy ideas, but actually implements them companywide? Then you are looking in the right place! We take a lot of pride in the things we create and the messages we put out in the world. If you are someone who enjoys creating, communicating, and making others feel valued and appreciated in what they love to do, PLEASE keep reading!

You will be hands on in the ideation, creation, and implementation of all social media content, internal communication, client communication, employee recognition, company events, and team engagement. You must be able to be flexible in your daily tasks, as priorities shift quickly. Collaboration is key, so you must be a team player! There are no ivory towers here; we work together, we succeed together, AND we get better together! You are encouraged to speak up and share your thoughts and ideas with the team, but most importantly, show respect and empathy for your teammates.

At the end of the day, we are the creative geniuses behind any and all branded content that leaves the company. We have a huge responsibility to see that those items authentically reflect us, and are as clear and easy to understand as possible!



  • 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to have an open mind

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Hungry and eager to learn in a collaborative, creative environment
  • Ability to work closely within a team and various departments within the organization
  • Ability to work individually, with little supervision
  • Exceptional layout and design skills
  • Exceptional understanding of principles of design and human-centered design
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Suite, including:
    • Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms
  • Understanding of Adobe programs, including:
    • Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Experience using Google analytics or Hootsuite
  • Three years’ experience in a marketing position
  • Basic understanding of photography/video/audio and photo/video/audio editing
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns

Bonus Points:


  • Understanding of Adobe programs, including:
    • Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, & Lightroom is a plus
  • Understanding of and experience with WordPress is a plus
  • Experience using Canva is a plus
  • Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications Studies, or other related majors are welcome, but not required



Daily Tasks:

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with writing, designing, and updating written, video, image, and other forms of content for marketing channels, including:
    • Internal Communications
    • Client communications
    • Social media graphics
    • Blog posts
    • Print & Promotional Materials
  • Create, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms
  • Execute an editorial calendar, including social media, communications, and blog posts
  • Assist with marketing research
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining website and social platforms
  • Review digital media analytics and produce synthesized reports
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required per business needs
